Frank Ben Frank has been on staff at CCPA for over 9 years. Working his way up from membership sales, he has developed extensive knowledge of the inner workings of small business in Center City. As Executive Director, Ben executes the vision of the Association and the Board of Directors. Shannon Fulforth
A native Philadelphian and proud La Salle University graduate,
Shannon Fulforth comes to CCPA from the teaching field, having spent
two years as an elementary school teach in the Archdiocese
of Philadelphia. As Membership Coordinator, she'll guide
you through the process of joining CCPA and taking advantage

Emily Seroska Emily Seroska graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002 and joined the staff of CCPA with a degree in Political Science and Spanish.
